SALT & PEPPER KALE CHIPS.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 leaves large kale washed
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • sea salt to taste
  • fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • shaved parmesan to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275ยบ. Fold each washed leaf of kale in half along the stem, and tear leaves off, removing the stem. Kale should be in pieces about 2-3 inches in length and width. Distribute in one layer across two baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to lightly coat in olive oil. Then top with parmesan. Leaves should not overlap.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the leaves over to ensure crispy goodness. Bake for another 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Keep in an airtight container, lest they lose their crunch.
