MINT CHOCOLATE GREEN MILK (VEGAN).
Ultra creamy mint chocolate milk to satisfy all your old-fashioned cravings—made vegan and healthy with the help of hemp seeds, spirulina, and raw cacao.
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 5 cubes ice
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves or 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons hemp seeds the more you add, the creamier and thicker the milk will be
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon spirulina powder (blue green algae) the more you add, the deeper green it will be
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 7-8 drops liquid stevia extact, or sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, a couple dates, honey, etc.)
- pinch sea salt
- 1-2 scoops collagen powder, protein powder, or other boost of choice optional
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend on high until completely incorporated, smooth, and creamy. Serve immediately.
