CARDAMOM LIME CANTALOUPE GRANITA.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cantaloupe, seeds and peel removed, cut into 1-inch chunks (about 3 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • juice from 2 medium-large limes, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • pinch of sea salt
