I used the KitchenAid pasta roller and cutter attachment, rolling it on the level 5 thickness before using the fettuccine cutter. This makes a very thin pasta, which cooks in 2-3 minutes. Use pasta immediately, or keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or the freezer for up to two weeks.
