Ingredients
  

smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen peeled persimmon chunks
  • ¾ cup frozen pear slices
  • 3/4 teaspoon spirulina (blue green algae)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • maple syrup or stevia to taste
  • pinch of sea salt

toppings

  • fresh sliced fruit (persimmons, pears, or your faves)
  • pomegranate arils
  • your favorite granola
  • cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with fruit, granola, and cacao nibs as desired.
