  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 medium pear
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour. Drink. Feel nourishment fill every cell.
