2-3" piece jalapeño pepper with seeds, depending on how spicy you like
1 ¼cupswater
4ice cubes
2pinchessea salt
4-5drops steviaoptional
12leaveslarge fresh mint
for glass rim
½teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoonchipotle powder
Instructions
Mix ½ teaspoon sea salt and ½ teaspoon chipotle powder on a small plate. Set aside.
Place pineapple pieces, cucumber, jalapeño, water, ice cubes, two pinches sea salt, and stevia in blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy. Add mint leaves, and blend another few seconds until you see green flecks.
Prepare two glasses by rubbing their rims with a piece of pineapple. Dip rims in the plate of chipotle salt.
