Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons dried or fresh lavender flowers
  • 2 teaspoons dried or fresh chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place lavender and chamomile in a tea sachet or strainer, if you have one, or loose in a teapot. Add boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes (or longer, if you prefer a stronger flavor). Remove sachet or strain out blossoms. Stir in lemon juice and add honey to taste, if desired.
  • Make a double batch and enjoy hot or chilled. You can even take some to work and immerse yourself in inner relaxation whilst sipping and responding to important emails.
