Method
- Place lavender and chamomile in a tea sachet or strainer, if you have one, or loose in a teapot. Add boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes (or longer, if you prefer a stronger flavor). Remove sachet or strain out blossoms. Stir in lemon juice and add honey to taste, if desired.
- Make a double batch and enjoy hot or chilled. You can even take some to work and immerse yourself in inner relaxation whilst sipping and responding to important emails.
